Once you have entered your details and registered we will then send you your information pack which will include the following:
- • A letter of introduction and support along with your own personal customer reference number (please quote this number in all correspondence)
- • A Letter of Authority
- • A Customer Checklist which you should complete and return to us in the prepaid envelope. Please do not worry if you do not have all the details as our service includes retrieving these from the relevant Companies.
- • An Additional Information Form.
- • A prepaid envelope which you should return to us quoting your Customer Reference Number and include your Letter of Authority, Customer Checklist and copies of all relevant documentation.
- • We charge a one off administration fee of £99.00. This fee is non refundable. This covers your full Hand Your Car Back report which gives you full information on how and when to Hand Your Car Back with paying nothing more, no penalties and no adverse credit history.
- • We will also audit your agreement and advise you if you have any further claim for a refund or compensation or both. If you have taken out PPI insurance there is a high probability that it has been mis-sold and you should receive a full refund of all payment protection premiums paid PLUS interest.
- • We charge 20% of the total redress amount received (The money you may receive back from making your claim) in other words if we are unsuccessful with your claim it does not cost you a penny moret.
For example if we are successful and we reclaim £1000 our fee is 20% (£200) giving you a refund of £800.00. If we are unsuccessful there is no fee.
